We had an exceptional experience. Property was simple, with extremely helpful staff and magnificent location close to epping forest which is beautiful. The room was brand-new and extremely pleasant, really enjoyed it. Overall the service was good.

The breakfast is great and adequate. the staff is pretty friendly. - the location is wonderful and fantastic, in a large park area. - A train takes you to central London in 30 minutes from the park. - It is close to a local pub approx 2 miles away.

The location is amazing, right next to a large scout campsite/conference centre, shops, and cafes. the staff was accommodating and upgraded us to a stylish room with big fluffy towels.
